Requirements

To download them click on the highlighted word in the lecture paragraph of your choice. Most operating systems have a download manager, though I would recommend DAP (Download Accelerator Plus).

MP3 files will play on your computer. Most operating systems have a media player (Windows media player), though I would recommend MusicMatch Jukebox.
MP3 files also will play on portable MP3 players which usualy have at least 64MB storage (so easily accommodating several lectures).
